The property is the perfect size for a couple with a small child. Just enough room for everyone to have their own space during down time. The Strand is a quick drive, as is the children’s museum. The beach is just a few blocks away, making it perfect for a morning swim. The management was great! The bed was broken when we got there and they took care of it as soon as they could the next day. Everything is exactly as you see it in the photographs, and very clean. If we come back to Galveston, we’ll be renting the Carriage House again. Check out Shrimp ‘n Stuff, a 5 minute drive, for some laid back tasty seafood!
